Idea Time

OK, i had this really good idea, i was playing a game called "warfare 1944" and "warfare 1917" they are flash games, they are about ww2, but they are boring and dont need that much stratagy, so i was thinking we make a 2d flash game, it will need to involve stratagy, and will have a ww1 and ww 2 campeign, you can play as both the Americans, Allies, Japinise, and German, but if you loose in part of the campeign, like if you loose an island, or territory, you must try to reclaim it, and if you cant, something happens, you dont just loose the land. I can provide Sprites. I think there should be land/air and Sea/air parts to each campeign, and beach landings that involve all 3 of them. This will be an over head view game, like a RTS, but not direct control of....wait, it should be an RTS, and this will not be using the BM engine, i was originally thinking of useing Flash Trek Assult, but i decided not to. Also though. I need a new Source Code, compleatly new programming, and i will do the rest, just whoever makes the code, make an .Fla file and email it to an email that i will give you when you make the .Fla File, anyway i will need you to put sprites in, basic sprites that say what unit it is. Thanks to all who wish to help, and this will be a big project, that i will eventually move to my site once it gets going, i am just starting it here, to get opinions and to see who will help. So, anyone able to code and script and write programs and what not?
