The Palanay

Here is my first fan-race.(sorry if it is in wrong place)

Introduction.
The
Palanay are a species that live in a part of the galaxy called the
Preganay sector,They are a very interlectual race that thrive to one day
time travel,Unlike the neghbouring colonys they have have a great city
called havaja'h which is the start of the Palagog alliance.

History.
The
Palanay have a history second to none, they lived in the colony of
Gorellion on the planet Gorell,It was a primitive civillisation until
the great entity came,This entity traveled the countless stars, helping
races start journeys,The Palanay took advantage of this and soon went on
to learning how to build missiles and to change them into ships,The
entity died 2 years after and the Palanay were sad,They later found a
planet and moved to it,They built there colony and spread word of what
the entity had taught them,They later created citys and ships.After a
few years they created the Palagog alliance,The great city was named
after the entity,It was named Havaja'h.After 20 years the news of the
entity had spread 900 planets away and the Palagog alliance grew more
and more famouse,But the Palanay were still unhappy,They still thought
all they had done wasn't enough to thank the entity for what he had done
so they decided to test there new ships by going to other sectors of
the galaxy to spread word and to make bases to finally one day complete
there quest of reaching space time.The Word of the entity grew even more
and had reached 9000 planets,The Palagog alliance was still unhappy so
they decided to name there most strongest fleet after Havaja'h.30 years
had past and the fleet had fought in the Bators war,One of the biggest
wars in the Palanay history.The Palanay would return to the planet of
were the entity first came to them and they would worship 2 years of the
entity, he became so famous out in all the stars the city would be
filled with up to 90090 million different kinds of species.But in the
year 9090 the Palagog alliance fought a deadly war for 500 years until
they were wiped out,The years went past until a young boy named Yakalar
found a acncient device and accidentally activated it,This brought panic
to the citys above the old ruines because the legend had stated that a
geat god would rise from what was once dead.The opyle council grew
frustrated and abandoned the planet but the boy refused to
leave,Creating a argument between him and his sister Isayle.The years
had past while the ruines stayed silent for nearly 890 years a
earthquake,Simailer to the one when the ruins sank had corrupted the
abandoned city to ashes,The boy had been so fond of the storys of the
the Palanay and the entity who had visited them he named the abandoned
city the same name as the Palanay's city.The kid grew up to be a
arceoligist and had forgot about the ruins and went on to old artifacts
in the ferandi system,The kid again came across the ruins and had
unburyed them only to find that the old alliance was not yet dead,There
were 70 people living in the old ruins.In the year 9090790 the man was
named the entity,Yakalar,Yakalar taught the people how to cure diseases
such as Delora,Olapa and Ferester,The people then went on to calling him
the Healer or as they said upafa,The Palagog alliance had thrived again
after a melenia underground,Thanks to this boy they live up to anceint
times to the age of takraha in english the golden age.

Pysiology
The
pysiology of a Palanay is very complicated,They have 6 lungs,Three are
used until they grow to the age of 12 then the lungs are replaced with
what they call maturation lungs.Having 6 lung proves difficult as many
children die of a disease called Delora,This disease piosons the
maturation lungs,Which means the children die at the ages of 12-14.The
Palanay have 2 hearts,One in case they other is injured or in case there
is a operation happening on the other,This give them a advantage at
sports such as what they call dartak,utan and fagerat.The palanay are a
species with many body parts as explained before,The 6 lungs and the 2
hearts.

Mating
This
species mate the same way most humanoids do,The mating prosses has to
last 6-7 days to reasure total fertalization of the egg.The only thing
different with the egg is that there is a 3cm by 4cm hole,This is used
liquidise the baby inside forming tissue and lungs from the
vitamins.After the baby is born the parents must stay with the child
until it can walk talk and eat and then they will abandone the child to
live on its own.

Influence
Ability
The Palanay have a influince ability that lets them
make others stay,Leave,Eat (Necasary for the baby) And to comunicate.To
comunicate using this ability is a bond between a baby and it's
mother/father or freind to freind.The Palanay ability comes to affect
when the child turns 170(In earth years 7) When a child is aware of the
ability it must learn to control it,If the child fails it will be
abandoned.

The personality of a
Palanay.
The personality of a palanay is very okward to people
new to this species,When using there ability for the first time they
break into randome tears and then randome laughter.The Palanay species
were very savage until the entity came,He taught them how to love and to
be kind and so they passed on his teachings through the eras.The
Palanay are very weird when intoxicated,They will mutter more than
talk,They will insult each other and laugh about it and they will turn
back into savages until untoxicated.

Society
Weird
and mystical.

religion/Beliefs
The
Palanay society are very religious and if anyone speaks against there
religion they will lose a arm or two.The Palanay chant in Palen, there
native language.If a Palanay speaks it in english they will be killed
with no mercy.They belief that fate will guide them and that the entity
was there god.Every 20 years(10 in earth years) they worship the
entity.They have 5 gods,1 The Entity,2 Karelkea,3 Zellzad,4 Olkan and 5
Untdas,These 5 gods are the gods of the Palanay society and without them
the Palanay would be a savage child race.They wished to many species to
understand there religion but many turned it down.There was a fued
between the Palanay and the Kentite due to a dissagreement in religious
events.This lead to a war called the kenay war.The fued was settled by a
girl named Weslen Irasnem,The future queen of the Palanay.She
discovered the fued was over That the entity was a evil god who went
against everything that the Kentite meant when he actually wanted to
help the kentite understand nature and the mystical power around
them.When the fued was settled the two species decided to form a group
of religious and none religious people alike.6 years had past but the
fights and battles still went on so the two species made oaths and swore
on there lives to pass down the oaths,These were:

1:Never to
kill/harm any creature made by the entity or others.
2:To settle a
arguement calmly/sensibly.
3:Defend other religions/Beliefs.
4:Never
intervene in any conflict to do with religion.

The oaths had
been passed down in every generation to the secreta period,When the
government decided to make a species exchange.

Govenment
The Palanay government is
a very advanced and civilised culture,They have a rank system,The ranks
are:Myce,Cardicult,Kaya and
Gola The rank system is a very important part of the government
because it brings order where there is chaos.Many governments have tryed
to take on the Palanay's but have been Unsuccessful in doing so.The
government have a flag to represent there planet,It is 2 ceresent moons
with a star in the middle,The ceresent moon are like this:(*) This is
the star *.The flag means peace to all.

Daily Life
The daily life of a palanay is quite
simple,They wake up in the morning and sleep at night,They have a choice
of 4 jobs they are :Engineer,Pilot,Council Member and Cleaner.They eat
gyuin(fish)In the morning and ferst(crab)At night.The palanay species
have no entertainment(T.V)So they do the gu'tag(dance of heros)For fun.

Clothing
They wear brown and white
robes(Due to religion)They also have a special uniform for each job,For
Engineer they wear Gloves,Hat(red or yellow)and brown overalls,For
coucil member they wear Whit and black robes,For pilot they wear a
safety suite and gloves(black or white)For cleaner they wear A brown
robe.

Architecture
The
grand citys of the palanay are the best in there galaxy,They have
buildings up to 9 miles tall and 4000 meters wide,They have hopitals
like no other,The hopital can hold a total of 900709657 billion patients
at a time,They have universitys that are 900000 meters wide and 8987654
km tall.Most races that come are tourists or inspectors for health
care.

Medicine
The
medicine that the Palanay have created are the best for planets
away,They can cure diseases like:Dolereai,Stallink,Eraectar and many
more deadly siseases.They make there madicine from recycled fuel wich
gives the incence of health and growth.There have only been 6 deaths in
the city all to do with natural causes like storms or rockfall.

Technology
Weopons
The Palanay aren't the
most technolically advanced race but they do have weopons such as ion
disruptor(takes normal particles and then makes it into ion
particles)Typoon cannon(Shoots ordinary stones to penetrate a ships
outer layer)And the hurtle grenade disruptore(prevents signals by
damaging the sensor array)

Sheilds
The
Palanay have advanced sheilding such as:

Ion sheilding(creates a ion
feil around the ship which stops any meteores from damaging the ship)

Temporal sheilding(creates a
temporal feild around the ship protecting it from any temoral harm)

Omega sheild(creates a
particle sheild stopping any nebula based gas from entering the ship)

Deflector sheild(a mini
sheild that protects the ship from ant small meateors)

Armor(Creates a trinaium aka
duranium sheil around the ship,Good for a battleship)

Space Travel
The technology of
space travel,One of the main event umong the Palanay.

Power
The Palanay get therepower
from a crystal they call Clisder(diamond)Theye first dicovered it in the
year 9998756,The frent era.It came from the mine of clisder(hence the
name)It was the only power source strong enough to push there ships in
all directions,They had tryed 17 different power sources.

Personel Tech
The holo Sheilds they
made in the year 887590 is the only sheild tech made for there
body,They use it in hand o hand combat only.

stations as well as ships to reasure this happened,It did they built

perimiter around the planet to secure it)
Trade station(Is a station
for trades and selling to go on)
Storage station(Store any stolen
items and cargo)
Defense grid(Puts a blockage around the planet so
nothig can get in or out)
Battlestation(A battlestation is one of the
Palanay's strongest stations and sorounds the planet covering the whole
mass)
Battlepod(A small pod that completely covers the Palanay's
moon fo hidden protection)

ok casue I'm bored I didn't read it all, and if I'm correct impulse eneiges when at max travel at the speed of light. so a drive that can travel at FTL and LS there no real need for two different drives which do pretty much the same thing. and this is very badly organized
