a Few things,
the forum provided your using is *censored*, use Forum Motion,
You need a good Forum Skin, (take this awesome one DS made)
You have way to many rules, your forum is almost like a country under Dictatorship.
Advertising Vex Xiang is not a good idea.
Make a Forum in Forummotion, pick a good skin, make it interesting, don't be a dictator, and you'll hopefully be fine

and to point out constantly asking people to join is probably gonna stop people joining its really annoying for one thing. also like storm said you want people to join give them a reaason

yeah of course I will, I'm feeling nice. I recommend making a Forum based on Startrek on general, there's to many BM forums, and have a Flash category ect. plus then I can make a better banner

I know my way around a Forumotion admin panel, so if it is forumotion, make me admin, if it is something else, make Vedic an admin, and also, he is really good with GFX's....he is like the man when it comes to GFX's, right after DS, simply for the graphics on this forum are almost impossible to make with Forumotion.

you need yo add another Design style Skin on there, there's not enough Star trek themed skins

Yeah, i had to make my skin, and it looked terrible, so i had Darkshadow make one for me, it was very hard to come accrost a startrek skin, it is very hard....
