I think that it would be cool to decorate the house with as many or more lights as they did on the movie National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. Costly but the neighbour's reactions would probably be funny.

Its an older film but the house has so many lights that when they turn them on it blacks out the entire neighbourhood.

It would be cool to light up the house like that but the neighbours might not be too happy.

I tend to like the idea of not just lighting up my own house with lights but putting so many up that it lights up the whole neighbourhood.

In the movie the guys at the powerplant had to turn on another reactor because the lights were using so much energy.

Actually I do have some lights up but my spotlight is on of those big rechargeable ones that use a lot of power so you end up needing to recharge them after a couple of hours of use.

Yeah I can shine mine down the street and you can actually see a beam of light as far down the street as you can see. A day or two after I got it I woke my stepdad with it by shining it into the room and it lit up the whole room.
