I have it downloaded and I just need help with what to do

what the hell is game maker 8, sounds shit.

It kind of is but it is good for beginners wanting to move on to flash or java.

Yeah, for now I'm still looking through and still doing some messing around before anything major.

Actually I've seen some very good games made in GM8.

Not good if your looking to make a flashtrek game. It would be actually be incredibly easy to make a simple starship constructor if someone can figure out how to make an object draggable around the play area.

I would do that if I could figure out how to use the other parts of the ship.
