Thats true. Have you noticed that the ship and station code are in the same section of the game code? That may be one of the reasons that the game is buggy. If you want I can send you a file that you might be able to use to help you see what those files should look like. Making a similar file for the next Broken Mirror shouldn't be too difficult.

personnaly im not to bothered about bugs because i know what to do to stop them and i think separating station and ship code will take a long time and a lot of effort and i dont think it will yield the the result i would like. also what stations sell is already different and the default station code for when you build one id different aswell

If you go to the sight I mentioned and download the ini files there I think you will see what I mean about how to set the files up.

ok so when i go into the editor i see a planet in the green stuff in the bottom left but no matter what i do i cant seem to get to it . . my question would be how do i get to it?

Yea, Silver Shadows didn't ever prefect the game editor. Honestly, I think he did a good job regardless if it's inter-mittent in terms of relyability.
