Thats not good actually if you don't leave your house you could have a heart attack at a very young age the symptons of a heart attack are tight pains like a belt being tightly pulled from your shoulder up to your neck and up to your jaw you also loose strength to carry anything say a coke bottle and you also need to get into a comfortable position and try to relax and put your legs up infront of you this releives the stress of the heart which could help if you are near a mobile or any source of phone power get someone to ring 999 or 112 you will be asked about what service you require ask for ambulance if you are told by some idiot you are having a heart attack try to ignore them and do not panic stay with the person closest to you and whatever they say do not eat or drink anything it could make you vomit and this will put more strain on the heart which will make it even worse then when the ambulance arrives stay calm and you will have made it to the hospital. To stop a heart attack is to eat at least 3 fruits a day it doesn't have to be 5 just 3 and also go to the dotors regularily to check for high levels of cholesterol if you have under 23% you will be fine if you have up to 56% try to lower it if it is at 68+ you will suffer a lot of heart pains including a heart attack.

So go outside.

I eat at least 7 apples a day or a maximum of 11 bannanas I don't want to die when I'm 20.
