new war system idea

ok so this is an idea to go with the current war system unless i say different

ok so i think wen u attack a planet its to do with whats going on, on the planet as well as whats going on above it, so i was thinking maybe a new military sytem, such as a space barracks and every planet u can buy soldiers if you own or work for them and so if you want to conquer them from below basically u send your forces in and a view of their planet comes on and u can choose a location to attack and then i make a tactical attack stratergy, u attack and take a base of theres, stockpile it and make attacks on a chosen location from there
