Change of ranks?

Uhh. I see that people got some ranks changed and stuff. Could be possibly have a sticky or announcement thread for who got promoted and who got demoted? I know we have a user group thing but I just would like to know.

well basically i just removed nokiaman10 from admins and flashtrek from moderators because they are never online or hare anymore do them there makes no sense
