Where is the guide? Empty Where is the guide?

Tue Sep 15, 2009 12:46 pm
I went through the instructions in the game and it said I could find out more on this forum. I think you might want to get that taken care josh since it says so in the game.

While I'm posting up I might as well ask what increasing torpedo and phaser yield does exactly. I imagine it increases power, but what is the downside to it. I would expect it would do something like slow the firing rate, or drain more energy per shot. and do pulse weapons get effected by phaser yield adjustment?

At first I didn't like flash trek broken mirror 2, but i am adjusting slowly from the first one and I am starting to like it. I just thought I would put that out there for anyone else who doesn't like it currently.

erm by thst i meant ask here which is what you did so no problem there.

topedo yield increases how many torpedos you fire at once i assume it uses more energy i havent actually tested it yet, but i know phaser yield uses more energy. it basically means fireing more shots in one recharge cycle

are there any limits to how high you can set yield besides energy, and can multiple ships be shot at once with say 3 torpedo yield hitting 3 ships. during development I thought i heard something about that. also, does the phaser yield increase effect pulse weapons ?

You totally read my post wrong. the whole thing not taken out of context is:

"At first I didn't like flash trek broken mirror 2, but i am adjusting slowly from the first one and I am starting to like it. I just thought I would put that out there for anyone else who doesn't like it currently."

I am saying that If someone doesn't like it they should keep going because it is just a bit of adjustment, but in the end it will be more fun than the first. I am not putting down the game. I am trying to help promote by speaking from experience. And as for being a new user, I have played flash trek off and on since you were in middle school Skembri. I would have been a member in the old Vex Xiang forum but no one ever got around to manually verifying my application. Also, if you are given the privilege of being an Admin I would recommend you learn to spell. An Admin who cannot properly use the English language is not much of a respectable authority figure.
